Who We Share Information With

We may share information where necessary with:

• host families

• IT providers (Dropbox, Microsoft Office, ILP CRM)
• regulators and accreditation bodies (e.g. AEGIS)

We never sell personal data and we do not share additional personal data beyond what is necessary
for these purposes.

AEGIS (accreditation and inspection)
As part of our AEGIS Gold Standard accreditation and re-accreditation process, we may be required to share limited contact details (such as names, email addresses and telephone numbers) of parents, students, host families, agents and partner schools with the AEGIS office and appointed inspectors.
This information is used solely for the purposes of inspection, quality assurance and regulatory oversight. It is held securely by AEGIS and deleted following completion of the inspection process.

International Communications

We communicate with individuals outside the UK using email, WhatsApp and WeChat. These
services may involve international data processing.

How Long We Keep Information

We usually delete personal data once services end, unless retention is required for safeguarding or
legal reasons.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• access your data
• correct inaccuracies
• request deletion
• restrict or object to processing
• complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO)
